Secure Client File Downloads

Clients often need confidential information from a supplier. This information could be their business accounts, their new design for the latest marketing campaign or even a large document brief that is to large to email.

Using the "My Files" system in the Communications Suite will allow you to load documents to a client profile and provide the client with a unique username and password to log in to your website.

Once logged in your client will be able to view and download the files that you have downloaded. These files stay on your clients profile until you decide to delete them. In essence the My Files system becomes a secure portal for storing and accessing client documents.

These document are stored on the server and are backed up on a daily basis.
